How to Delete Your Account

Account deletion is available through the settings section of our mobile app. Please follow these steps to proceed:

1. Check Your Account Info: Log into your account and make sure your email, username, and other details are accessible.
2. Review the Terms: Read our terms of service and privacy policy to understand the consequences of deleting your account.
3. Back Up Data: Download any important content. Deleted data is permanently lost.
4. Open Account Settings: Go to “Account Settings” or “Profile Settings” in the app.
5. Find the Delete Option: Look for options like “Delete Account,” “Deactivate,” or “Close Account.”
6. Verify Your Identity: You may be required to confirm your password or provide other details.
7. Optional Reason: You might be asked why you’re deleting your account (this is optional).
8. Confirm Deletion: Review and confirm your decision to avoid accidental deletions.
9. Follow Up Instructions: If prompted, check your email or messages to finalize the process.
10. Log Out & Clear Data: After deletion, log out and clear your browser data for privacy.
11. Watch for Confirmation: Deletion may take a few days. Keep an eye on your email for updates.
